We are currently seeking funds for our project of the care and support for HIV positive Children / Children orphaned by AIDS. 44 usd is enough to pay for an HIV positive child's Anti Retroviral Treatment (ART) nutrition supplements, school fees and stationary, food in school and other healthcare. The total cost for a child per year is 530 usd.

The funds needed to support 10 children per year is 5305 usd. Light for Children intends to raise this money within the first months of 2007. This will enable us to roll-out our project plan on large-scale basis. The executive committee and the volunteers in the NGO feel that it is very important that stakeholders feel that they are a part of the planning and the progress of the project. It's imperative for us that the objectives and goals set up before project start have been accomplished. Stakeholders will get updated along the way as the project proceeds; only together can we make a change.
