August 2013 Activity Report


Activities of the ECHOES III project continued in the month of August in the five communities of Nkorang, Hiawu Besease, Kobeng, Seidi and Asakraka in the Atwima Nnwabeagya District of Ghana. The objectives of the project still remain as follow;

  • To strengthen community participation in education.

  • To establish community wide reading and literacy initiatives.

  • To improve reading outcomes for children activities.

ACTIVITIES IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST

  • Final post test at the various communities under the operation of LIFOC through

  • ECHOES III project

MONITORING

It was undertaken in all the five project communities on the 14th, 15th and 20th of August 2013. The objective was to ensure that the project was on course and also to ensure successful implementation of the project plans.

FINAL PRE TEST AT THE VARIOUS COMMUNITIES UNDER THE OPERATION OF LIFOC THROUGH ECHOES III PROJECT

The purpose of the post test is to measure the objectives of ECHOES III project at the various communities. Following this, project coordinator, field officer and a volunteer from America joined Anti Adwoa from World Education to conduct the test for both adult and OST learners at the various communities.
